SETTLEMENT OF TRANSACTIONS

To use any payment method, the account holder’s name must match the registered account name. Bossku77 reserves the right to withhold or reject any transaction if discrepancies are detected.

You are responsible for all payments made using your account. Any attempt to engage in fraudulent activity, including unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, or misuse of payment methods, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Bossku77 reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Confiscate funds linked to suspicious activity
  • Report activities to relevant authorities where necessary

All financial transactions are subject to verification and compliance checks.

  1. You are found to have more than one account;
  2. You are found to be accessing the Site from a restricted jurisdiction;
  3. You are in breach of any term of this Agreement;
  4. You are suspected of fraud, collusion, chargebacks or unlawful activity;
  5. You are associated with any group attempting to exploit or abuse the system;
  6. Your registration information is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading;
  7. Your IP address or login activity is deemed suspicious;
  8. You fail to provide required verification or identification documents;
  9. You are found to be under the legal age required to use the Services;
  10. You initiate or attempt a chargeback or reverse transaction;

  12. Your funds are suspected to originate from illegal or unauthorized sources;

BREACH OF AGREEMENT AND INDEMNITY

  • Forfeit any funds held in your account

  3. Use of your account by you or any other person, whether authorized or not;

PRECEDENCE

In the event of any conflict between different provisions, the specific rules applicable to the relevant service shall prevail.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.

By using the Site, you agree that any disputes or claims arising from your use of Bossku77 shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined by Bossku77 in accordance with applicable regulations.

MISCELLANEOUS

The English version of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between translated versions.

If Bossku77 fails or delays in exercising any obligation under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, governmental restrictions, system failures, interruptions in telecommunications, power outages or equipment failures, such delay or failure shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Any failure by Bossku77 to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.

Bossku77 reserves the right to assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create any partnership, agency, trust relationship, fiduciary relationship or joint venture between you and Bossku77.
